We sparked our creativity and welcomed the New Year with an immersive sound bath lounge led by integrative sound specialist Daniel Lauter. Participants enjoyed a next-level transformative experience at The Church as we bathed in the immersive sound vibrations. Those in attendance brought their yoga mats and/or cushions to lay or sit on. Some came prepared with sketchbooks, journals, and other activities, as the sounds will inspired and enhanced creativity during the session. Participants laid in the bliss of stillness and calm, some gently stretched in their favorite restorative poses, others quietly brainstormed on their latest project with a mind awakened and opened by the sound. The session will began with a soothing and grounding guided mindfulness meditation to rest and align, followed by the sound bath lounge, and concluded with, under Daniel’s expert guidance, the ability to play specially curated sound tools, including tuning forks, crystal bowls, and Himalayan bowls.
