Rob Masella is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance practices at Goodwin Procter LLP. He has extensive experience in U.S. and cross-border transactions, board of directors’ representations, and corporate governance matters. Rob received a JD/MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to The Church, Rob is a board member at LikeMinds Foundation, a foundation advancing Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease research, and a member of AIM at the Melanoma Foundation.
